1. Warranty Information
1.1 For all newly manufacture Hardware the Warranty Period is specified in the Specifications. If no period of time is specified in relation to Hardware, then the Warranty Period for that Hardware is 24 months from delivery. Our warranty obligations for supplied Hardware are limited to the terms set out below.
1.2 Hardware presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the Hardware. Replacement under warranty will be like for like, refurbished or “as new”, meaning the replacement may have been used for testing or demonstration purposes. For Hardware that is capable of retaining user-generated data, repair of the goods may result in loss of such data.
1.3 The balance of the Warranty Period on the original Hardware will apply to the replacement Hardware.
1.4 The Hardware comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Hardware repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Warranty Claim Procedure
2.1 To make a warranty claim, you must notify us within the Warranty Period and return the Hardware to us at our cost at the below address as soon as practicable after issuing the notice. When submitting a claim, you must supply us with the SKU, barcode, MAC Address and firmware level of the Hardware and a brief description of the problems/defects encountered.
